These gorgeous strawberry trifles include layers of butter cake, whipped cream and fresh strawberry sauce. You can make them ahead of time, and it is my all time favorite dessert to make when I have leftover cake pieces.
In the trifle I make in my video, I add a layer of pastry cream to the middle, since I had some leftover in my fridge. My recipe for vanilla bean pastry cream is right here, and to make these trifles you will need to make the entire recipe.
