Hot chocolate bombs are hollow spheres of chocolate that are filled with hot cocoa mix and marshmallows. They are made by placing a thin layer of melted chocolate inside a
hemisphere silicone or acrylic mold. Once hardened, they are filled with cocoa ingredients and two hemispheres are molded together. Place them inside a mug, pour in steaming hot milk, and watch the chocolate melt away and reveal hot chocolate goodness.
